Animal magic at Decorative Fair

The Spring Decorative Antiques & Textiles Fair promises An Ornamental Menagerie as its foyer inspiration for visitors, bringing together designs, objects and works of art featuring all creatures great and small.

The foyer will feature furniture decorated with carvings, such as classical lions’ paws; chinoiserie Ho Ho birds; formal and folk art of beloved pets; and domesticated beasts. Also displayed will be decorated textiles, nostalgic toys and lamps in the form of carved or cast birds and animals.

We’ve pulled together a selection of our favourite finds with an animal theme.
