New Fair at Brighton racecourse
After a long absence, a regular antiques, collectables and vintage fair is set to return to Brighton Racecourse in East Sussex. With two dates in 2016: the first on Sunday 28th August and the second on Sunday 6th November, organiser Love Fairs is aiming to build on the success of their Lingfield Racecourse Fair by adding this second venue to their schedule.
“Equidistant from the town centre and Brighton Marina, the racecourse has a fantastic geographical position, close to the historically antique-associated areas such as Lewes, Petworth, Arundel, Hove, and of course, Brighton. It is also incredibly accessible; within an hour of London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. It is an ideal venue to build a busy, vibrant fair, and one that everyone looks forward to,” said a Love Fairs spokesperson.
The exhibition space is made up of two well-lit connecting large indoor halls. There is expected to be up to 150 indoor stalls within the two halls, as well as a dedicated food, drinks and coffee area, outside seating and free customer parking.
“As with our Lingfield Racecourse Fair, we plan this to be a friendly and welcoming fair, with something for everyone. There will be a carefully balanced array of exhibitors, selling an amazing mix of antiques, collectables and vintage items.”
