Happy Mondays for IACF Newbury Fair
IACF, the organiser of the Newbury Showground Antiques & Collectors Fair in Berkshire has announced that it is expanding its calendar of events for the event in 2018.
Next year, the Fair will include two new one-day Monday fairs, alongside the regular two-day version moved to a Saturday and Sunday.
IACF said that the Monday fair will primarily be considered a trade event, while the Saturday to Sunday fair is aimed at attracting larger numbers of public buyers. Both events will be open earlier for trade buyers, with only a small increase in admission charge for the ‘early-bird’.
“Newbury Showground is a fantastic location for the Antiques & Collectors Fairs, with excellent facilities, an indoor area and tree-lined walkways, all making for a very relaxing and enjoyable day antique collecting,” said IACF Managing Director Will Thomas. “We’re sure that the new trade-focused Monday Fair will be very popular, and grow in a similar way to our Runway Monday event at Newark.”
Just off Junction 13 of the M4, and with acres of parking, the antiques fair venue will be one of the country’s most accessible by car. With stalls inside and out, it’s also a regular venue for filming BBC’s Bargain Hunt. “With the range and quality of items being sold it’s easy to see why. This growing fair is sure to become a regular in all antique hunters diaries!”
TheĀ 2018 Newbury Antiques and Collectors Fair dates will be:
- Monday, March 26
- Saturday 28 to Sunday 29 April
- Mon, May 14
- Saturday 7 to Sunday July 8
