Cirencester Park Decorative Home & Salvage Show returns
The Cirencester Park Decorative Home & Salvage Show returns to the Bathurst Estate, the ancestral home of 9th Earl Bathurst and Countess Bathurst and family, for three days this month on June 21, 22 and 23.
The family-run boutique event, originating in the north of England over a decade ago, focuses on unique, affordable, well-made pieces for the home and garden. Visitors can explore a variety of items, including architectural and industrial salvage, decorative antiques, original furniture, period home fixtures and fittings, vintage treasures, garden furniture, and plants.
The show will feature beautifully-styled stands in marquees, shopping arcades, and outdoor spaces. The event is family-friendly, with on-site catering, a licensed bar, ample space to browse, and free parking.
Supporting small independent businesses, the event promotes sustainable shopping choices. Prices range from 50p to £5,000, catering to every taste and budget. Last year’s celebrity guests included Richard E. Grant, who broadcast a rave review in an Instagram Live while at the Show, describing it as “the perfect place for snuffling out gubbins”, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, and This Country stars Daisy May Cooper and Charlie Cooper. Organisers Arthur Swallow Fairs said that they are expecting another bumper show this year.
Event Director Richard Burgoin, said: “Last year, our first event at Cirencester Park was welcomed by locals, those who travelled from further afield, and the 9th Earl Bathurst and Countess Bathurst, who readily shopped with us. With our countrywide exhibitors pulling out all the stops to showcase the best items possible, we are really excited to return and look forward to seeing another show set up in this beautiful location.”
