Enamel box collection heads to sale
A collection of enamel boxes owned by the late Kenneth Yeomans is one of the highlights of an upcoming online June auction at Irita Marriott Auctioneers and Valuers.

Ken, as he was known to his clients, was a well renowned dealer and owner of ‘Heritage Collections’ which specialised in 18th Century enamel boxes and objects of vertu, including bonbonnieres, snuff boxes, perfume bottles and etuis.

A regular attendee of Bowmans Antique Fairs at Bingley Hall and Antiques for Everyone at the NEC, Ken had an expert eye, which shows in the quality of the items being sold in next month’s auction.
The lots offered include a George III Staffordshire novelty enamel bonbonniere in the shape of a pug’s head, with an auction estimate of £300-£500 and a George III Bilston enamel etui, circa 1770, with an estimate of £300-£500.
The online sale takes place from June 18-19.
