Make a date with LAPADA Fair

The annual LAPADA Art & Antiques Fair in Mayfair’s elegant Berkeley Square returns for its ninth edition in September.

With over 100 prominent specialists due to attend, the LAPADA Fair offers highly sought-after works from a broad range of areas, including decorative arts, furniture, fine art and jewellery. Prices range from £500 to £500,000.

The Fair is the flagship event of LAPADA the Association of Art & Antiques Dealers, the largest society of professional art and antiques dealers in the UK. Visitors can buy with confidence in the knowledge that each exhibitor, as a member of LAPADA, must adhere to a strict Code of Practice and an expert committee of 70 specialists is assigned the task of pre-vetting every piece individually for authenticity.

Recognised as veritable modern-day cabinet of curiosities the event welcomed over 20,000 local and international visitors in 2016.

Mieka Sywak, Director of the LAPADA Art & Antiques Fair, comments: “I am delighted to announce that the dates for the 2017 edition of the LAPADA Fair means it will run from Friday through to Wednesday. This will give us the opportunity to bridge two weeks in September and will allow us to benefit from coinciding with London Fashion Week, which attracts thousands of additional international visitors to central London. We will also run alongside the 20/21 British Art Fair, which takes place in September.”

The LAPADA Fair runs from Friday 15th to Wednesday 20th September.
