Make a date with Northern Antiques Fair
The antiques fairs calendar welcomes a ‘new’ addition with the Northern Antiques Fair, formerly the Harrogate Art & Antique Fair, taking place in October under the new ownership of fairs organiser Ingrid Nilson.
The event is set to resume its original name, which dates back to 1951, and will be held in association with BADA in the Harrogate Convention Centre.
Dealers from across the UK will be exhibiting at the fair, including Haynes Fine Art of London and the Cotswolds, Howards Jewellers of Stratford upon Avon, and Millington Adams Ltd from Cheshire. Local dealers from the north of England include Howell 1870, J Dickinson Maps & Prints, Jack Shaw & Co, and Melody Antiques.
Speaking about the fair’s 60-year history with Harrogate, Fair director, Ingrid Nilson said, “We plan to develop those relationships, maintaining the quality expected of a first-class event and encouraging both new and established exhibitors and visitors for many more years to come.”
Here is a small taster of what visitors to the event, from October 19 to 22, can expect to find.
