The organisers of The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia, due to take place in the capital from June 17-28, have announced that the event is to be postponed.
Clarion Events issued a statement that in response to the latest government guidelines regarding COVID-19, which read, “The safety and wellbeing of our visitors, exhibitors, partners, contractors and staff is at the forefront of our decision.”
Clarion is working with Olympia to explore the options for rescheduling the Fair at a later date and will provide an update when secured.
Tickets already purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date. The event organiser said it will be in touch with all visitors via its newsletters, website and social media channels as soon as it has more information to share.
A spokesperson added, “This has been a deeply difficult decision to make – we thank you all for your patience, understanding and support in this unprecedented situation.From the team here at The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia and Clarion Events, we hope you continue to keep well and wish a speedy recovery to those affected by coronavirus.”
