New art and antiques fair for Windsor
With the town of Windsor set to be in the global spotlight this year as it plays host to two weddings, the launch of a new art and antiques fair in the Berkshire town looks like perfect timing.
Penman Fairs is set to hold the town’s first art and antiques fair in two large permanent marquees, part of the Royal Windsor racecourse from Jun 8 to 10.
The new event will have 40 stands selling a wide variety of fine art and antiques, from the 1650s to the present day.
All of the stands will be vetted and include a variety of furniture, paintings, silver, ceramics, textiles, jewellery and works of art.
Fair organiser, Caroline Penman, commented, “We have been looking for a fresh location for a new Penman Fair and Windsor’s location seems perfect for the home counties as well as Londoners. The town has so much to offer, adding to the day out! We are delighted to bring some of the best dealers from around the UK to Windsor.”
