Interior designer Rita Konig at BADA Week

The British Antique Dealers’ Association’s annual celebration of the best in fine art and antiques returns this autumn with a weeklong programme of events running from October 3-9, 2022.

BADA has announced that it will be collaborating with celebrated interior designer Rita Konig who has chosen olive green as the theme for BADA Week 2022. Rita explained: “I love olive green and find it is a colour that almost everything looks good with.”

To illustrate the versatility of her chosen theme, Rita has personally curated a selection of items from BADA members’ collections which she feels work especially well with this year’s olive green palette.

The inaugural BADA Week, held in 2021, saw BADA members participate in a weeklong programme of country-wide events which included private tours, talks, films, catalogues and exhibitions. Details of this year’s members’ events will be announced shortly.

BADA Week 2022 will culminate with a VIP champagne reception for exhibitors and collectors in St James’s, London on October 7. The evening will also see the announcement of the winner of the BADA Art Prize 2022.
