Police trace stolen antique owners

The police are looking to trace the owners of a selection of antiques stolen in a spate of burglaries across the south of the UK. The antiques have a combined value of approximately £120,000.

Officers seized the various items after searching a vehicle and shop owned by Steven Abberley of Findon Close, Hove, who was sent to prison last month.

Abberley, was sentenced to nine years for his involvement in burglaries of antiques from a number of properties in towns across West Sussex, East Sussex and Kent.
